Mother to be sentenced for abducting Son

A mother will appear in court for sentencing today after being found guilty of abducting her own son. The woman who cannot be named for legal reasons took the child to Canada the night before he was due to be taken into care as she believed he would come to harm from his father. She was traced by Police and arrested when she returned to the Island.
