Owners come forward in dog attack

Police have confirmed that no further action will be taken against a couple whose Rotweiler bit a teenager in Douglas yesterday.
The 14 yr old was jogging in the Governors hill area when the attack happened, leaving her with bruises and bite marks to her arm.
Our facebook page has been inundated with comments on whether all dogs should wear a muzzle when out in public.
We spoke to local dog trainer Sharon Jenkinson.
