Steam Packet to deal with complaints directly

The Steam Packet Company has told Energy FM news that it will respond directly to any complaints arising from Saturdays cancelled crossing to Liverpool.

A number of our listeners have called for a full refund after they were forced to sleep in their cars on Saturday night until the terminal at Heysham opened.
