More criticism for Steam Packet company

The Steam Packet company has come in for more criticism after Saturdays cancelled crossing on the Liverpool service.
The service was cancelled due to a technical fault on the Manannan which left passengers on the return leg stranded in either Liverpool or Heysham.
We've had a number of emails from passengers who were left stranded in freezing cold temperatures.
Sam Bailey was advised to travel to Heysham even though there were no proper facilities available.
