Cancelled ferry causes passenger chaos

Passengers were left stranded for over 5 hours on Saturday after a technical fault with one of the steam packets fast crafts.
The 10am sailing to Liverpool was delayed while a repair was attempted on the ferry, however the crossing was eventually cancelled at around 3 pm.
The cancellation also affected the return journey from Liverpool.
Questions are now being asked about the Steam packets ability to ensure a back up service is in place.
