Bus network motion defeated in Tynwald

There's to be no Tynwald investigation into the new bus network.
John Houghton put a motion to Tynwald, asking that a three member committee be set up to look into the changes, which came in last month.
Mr Houghton has previously asked the Community, Culture and Leisure Minister to withdraw the changes.
Whilst the Minister, David Cretney, has defended the new network, he says it hasn't been without its problems [play clip]
