The Isle of Man is now an approved juristiction on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Companies registered in the Isle of Man under the two main Company Acts can now seek a listing on the Stock Exchange.
The Department of Economic Development says it's good news for the Island, as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is gaining greater importance among the global capital markets.
The Isle of Man is already recognised as a leader in the UK's AIM market, the London Stock Exchange's market for growing international companies.
