Island doctor says language can be a barrier

The Island's Director of Public Health says language can be a barrier between a doctor and their patient.
GP's paper Pulse has published a report stating overseas doctors haven't been checked for their language skills when coming to work in Britain.
Dr Parameswaran Kishore was born in India and began learning English as a child.
He says this can be a problem for some healthcare professionals [play clip]
