Public asked for ideas on improving Douglas Prom

The public is being asked its opinion on refurbishing Douglas Promenade.
The promenade hasn't had any major reconstruction or maintenance since the 1930s.
The Department of Infrastructure says the road is reaching the end of its serviceable life.
Despite this, it will be a number of years before improvements begin due to financial constraints.
A document with options for the refurbishment will be issued in the coming months, and the public is urged to share its ideas with the Department.
