Child protection is on the agenda when Tynwald returns later this month.
The Home Affairs Minister is to make a statement on Sarah's Law, which is being rolled out across the UK.
The law allows parents to ask police if their child has contact with a convicted paedophile.
There were calls for Adrian Earnshaw's department to introduce such a law on the Isle of Man in Tynwald earlier this year.
