Council remembers Borough Freeman

Douglas Council has paid tribute to Sir Norman Wisdom, who died earlier this week.
The Council awarded the comedy legend the Freedom of the Borough of Douglas in 1994.
He died aged 95 at Abbotswood Nursing Home on Monday evening.
Councillor David Christian says Sir Norman had universal fame but always had time for his fans.
His funeral is to take place on Island, on Friday 22nd October.
