Minister can't guarantee no more job losses

The Education and Children Minister says teaching jobs aren't being lost to save money.
Eddie Teare says there has been a reduction in the number of staff employed by the Department, but that it has been in other areas, not teaching staff.
However the Minister can't guarantee there won't be further losses in the Department.
