Minister attends Labour conference

Economic Development Minister Allan Bell MHK
The Island's Economic Development Minister has been in Manchester this week at the Labour Party Conference.
Allan Bell has been meeting members of the Shadow Cabinet, including Shadow Chancellor Alistair Darling.
Mr Bell also attended the keynote speech by new leader Ed Miliband.
It follows on from Mr Bell's attendance at the Liberal Democrats Party Conference last week.
