Road works suspended

Major roadworks on the main road in Ballabeg and Colby have been suspended. The work was due to continue this week to resurface the road, however a large section of the drainage underneath the road has collapsed and will need to be replaced before the resurfacing work can be started. The road will re open while investigation work is carried out.
