Baines case back in court

Former Isle of Man tycoon Trevor Baines has been committed to the court of general gaol on 10 theft offences.
The 70 year old was granted a technical bail.
His wife Wendy faced 10 similar charges but was committed on just one.
It's alleged Mrs Baines stole a credit balance of £65,000 from Hermitage Securities Limited.
The remaining nine matters were adjourned and Mrs Baines was bailed.
