Scooter owner left with large bill

A scooter has been damaged after it was struck by an unknown vehicle in Douglas.
Police say the owner has had to pay a substantial amount to repair the black scooter following the incident.
The responsible driver failed to leave their details.
The collision happened at Railway Terrace between 10.30am and 12.05pm yesterday.
