Lifeboat called out after yacht fire

The Douglas lifeboat was called out on Sunday after a fire broke out onboard a yacht .
The yacht was 5 miles outside of the harbour when the engine room fire broke out, the boats automatic fire system activated and put the fire out which left the crew stranded.
The lifeboat was alongside within minutes of getting the call and where able to tow the boat back into Douglas harbour.
Nobody was injured fire.
