Inquest into MGP deaths opens

Inquests into the deaths of 2 MGP competitors have opened this morning.

Christopher John Bradshaw who was 39 and from Tamworth near Birmingham was killed when he was involved in a collision with Jamie John Adam at Alpine Cottage last Wednesday.

Mr Adam was a serving Royal Naval petty officer from Ayrshire in Scotland who had completed 2 tours of both Iraq and Afganistan, and also died in the incident.

The cause of death for both riders was massive blunt force trauma consistent with a high speed motorcycle collision.

The Coroner of inquests Alistair Montgomorie paid tribute to both men and their families before adjourning the inquests for further investigations to be carried out.
