Awards evening to be held for Duke of Edinburgh achievers

Over 100 Manx students are to receive their Duke of Edinburgh certificates later this month.
The recipients are aged 14 to 20, and represent all five secondary schools, King Williams College, the Scouts and the Foundry Youth Group.
The awards are for those who have completed the bronze or silver certificate.
Currently, over 600 young people are taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards on the Island.
The presentation evening takes place on September 14th at the Gaiety Theatre.
