The Welbeck on Mona Drive
A Samsung mobile phone has been stolen from a baby's pram in Douglas.
A male was seen to approach the pram outside The Welbeck Hotel on Mona Drive at 3.30 yesterday afternoon.
The owner was in her car attending to her baby.
She's been left very distressed by the incident.
Anyone with information that can identify this man is asked to contact Lord Street Police Station.
