Incident at Jurby Prison

A prisoner at Jurby spent around four hours on top of the inner fence yesterday afternoon.
The man climbed up the fence from one of the exercise yards,
A negotiator was called in, and the prisoner came down of his own accord at just before 8:30pm.
Nobody was hurt, and prison staff say there was no danger of the man escaping
