Trevor and Wendy Baines face theft charges

Former tycoon Trevor Baines and his wife Wendy have appeared before the Deputy High Bailiff.
The couple are each charged with several theft offences.
The prosecution advocate says committal papers are almost ready and would be served shortly.
It's expected the case will be committed to the court of General Gaol in a month.
Mrs Baines was bailed to September 21st, whilst Mr Baines was granted a technical bail, but remains in custody for other matters.
