Rape trial begins

The trial of a man accused of rape begins this morning.
34 year old Gary John Beattie is accused of raping a 16 year old girl in Ramsey in March this year.
He denies the charge.
Deemster Moyle is overseeing the trial, which is expected to last for five days.
