New apartments planned for Onchan

Planning permission is being sought for new apartments, offices and parking in Onchan.
The building would include 29 new apartments.
The new facilities would be built at 171 Royal Avenue and land adjacent to the site.
Planning applications are submitted to the Department of Infrastructure
