Murder trial begins today

The trial of a man charged with murder begins this morning.
35 year old Simon Paul Leece was charged following the Demesne Road fire last March.
61 year old builder Terry Losh died as a result of the blaze
Leece also faces charges of arson with intent to endanger life.
He denies all the charges against him.
The trial will be conducted by Acting Deemster Birkett and is expected to take up to 13 days.
The trial gets underway at 10.00AM.
