The Chief Minister has congratulated Mark Cavendish on his performance at the Tour de France.
Tony Brown says the Manxman has underlined his status as the fastest cyclist on the planet.
He added that his performance was nothing short of phenomenal.
Cav won five stages at this year's Tour.
He's also representing the Isle of Man at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi later this year.
