Talks progressing over refectory savings

The Education Minister says talks with staff at the Isle of Man College Refectory have gone well.
Eddie Teare met with staff and a union representative last week, and praised the money saving ideas they had thought of.
Mr Teare hopes to the ideas will help save around £85,000 to allow the refectory to continue to be operated by the Department of Education and Children.
The Minister has asked the staff to report back to him by the end of September [play clip]
