Car park barrier damaged

Police are investigating after a height restriction barrier was damaged at a car park in St John's.
The damage was caused at around 10.30 on Sunday morning.
The barrier was new, and officers believe the driver responsible may be a regular user of the car park who was unaware of the new restriction.
