Money taken from purse

Police are investigating after a large amount of money was stolen from a bag in a bus shelter.
The handbag was left for a short time between 11.00AM and 12.00 on Monday last week, during which someone has removed the cash from the purse inside the bag.
The handbag had been left in the bus stop opposite St Ninian's High School on Ballaquayle Road in Douglas.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
