Housing scheme good for economy

The Minister for Social Care says the Government's first time buyers scheme is boosting the Manx economy.
Martyn Quayle believes more Manx people are staying on the Island now that more affordable accomodation is available.
His Department recently committed to spending one hundred and thirty million pounds on public sector housing over the next five years.
Mr Quayle says falling unemployment is also keeping people on the Island
