Drink-drive accused arrested twice in a day

A motorist was arrested twice in 24 hours since the start of the world cup, police have revealed.
The Roads Policing Unit has stopped 35 vehicles and arrested 6 people for drink-driving during the tournament.
One male was arrested twice in one day, and is currently on bail pending a court appearance.
The Police are currently running an anti drink-drive campaign along with the Department of Infrastructure targetting world cup fans.
