Organisers expect warm weather for Parish Walk

Parish Walk organisers are warning it's set to be a hot race this year.
Walkers are being advised to drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen for the event.
Check-in for those taking part is open tomorrow and Friday evening at the Manx Harriers club house at the NSC.
The race, with a record entry of 1710, starts at 8.00AM on Saturday.
Race Director Raymond Cox says avoiding dehydration will be crucial this year [play clip].
