The Chief Minister has confirmed the proxy and absent voting system is being looked in to
Tony Brown told Tynwald that a legislature officer is compiling a report for the Council of Minister's following the recent by-election in the Douglas East constituency.
The topic was raised by Chris Robertshaw, who won the vote.
