Cringle pays tribute to those killed in TT crashes

The President of Tynwald has paid tribute to those killed during TT.
Noel Cringle said his thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who died as a result of crashes during the fortnight.
Riders Paul Dobbs and Martin Loicht were killed during the second Supersport race, whilst visitor Matthew Evans died in a collision on the Mountain Road.
Mr Cringle also thanked the marshals and other volunteers for their work during TT, adding that it had been a fantastic year.
