Kirsty Meyer

Kirsty Meyer

Kirsty is a new comer to Energy FM but no stranger to the island! Kirsty has been globetrotting for the best part of the last decade but can't seem to stay away from the Isle Of Man, describing the Island as having a 'boomerang effect' on her!

Originally from Australia, Kirsty's radio career started when she was 16 in her home town of Tamworth on community radio.

Since then Kirsty has worked on air in Australia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand and here on the Isle Of Man, after attending the 2004 TT races she ended up staying for 12 months!

Kirsty has worked on air in various roles, as a DJ, a co-host with English, Irish and Aussie presenters and as a news reader. Behind the mic she's also worked in production and done her fair share of copy writing.

Before moving to Dubai, she graduated from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in Sydney in 2007 as one of twelve full time students.

Away from the mic, you might catch Kirsty wining and dining with friends at Coast, being lazy and grabbing a pizza at Flamin' Great, or having a cheeky drink at Artisan!
