Manx Gas campaigner 'very happy' banding charges will be scrapped
A campaigner who organised numerous protests against Manx Gas' banding charges over the past three years says he is 'very happy' that they will be scrapped in January 2020.
Barry Murphy created a social media group to rally-up fellow residents who were against the tarrif charges, which were introduced in January 2016.
Manx Gas announced earlier this week that they would be ending banding charges from January 1st of next year.
