Work to repair Millennium Bridge underway
Work has begun today on repairing the Millenium Bridge in Douglas.
The lifting bridge at the eastern end of the harbour connects the North and South quays
Repair work is being carried out on the harbour flap gate and maintenance of the bridge towers.
The bridge will be closed to road and vessel traffic at various times until Sunday 13 October 2019.
