Police Aim For Stronger Workforce
The Isle of Man Constabulary has published details of how it will police the Island over the next four years.
Five targets have been outlined in the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan.
These include preventing harm and tackling serious offending.
The force also wants to create a culture of continuous improvement, become digitally enabled and build a stronger workforce.
