Police continue spot checks as part of Christmas campaign
45 drivers were stopped during spot checks by Western Neighbourhood officers last night.
Working with the Roads Policing Unit, they were making sure motorists weren't behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol.
None of those stopped were over the limit and out of those pulled over, 2 were breathalysed, 2 were handed Vehicle Defect Notices and one vehicle was seized.
