Douglas promenade regeneration main works will start by the end of this month
The main works on the Douglas promenade regeneration will start by the end of this month.
That's according to Department of Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer.
Preparation works are already underway near the old Summerland site, and outside the Villa Marina.
