Quayle Delivers 'State of the Nation' Speech Today
The October sitting of Tynwald is underway with several items being discussed.
It's the first time it’s sat since July after the end of the summer recess.
Members are being asked to approve a £1.2m payment to help farmers affected by the hot summer and a new points system for public sector housing.
