Stuck lorry forces petrol station to close after hitting roof
A lorry became stuck under a petrol station roof when the driver appeared to misjudge the dimensions of his vehicle.
No-one was injured in the crash, which happened on Wednesday morning at the EVF Garage in Douglas.
The lorry caused 'significant' damage to the station roof on Peel Road.
A spokesperson for EVF said the garage would remain closed while work is carried out to make the roof safe.
Alexander drive, Brayhill and Little Switzerland stores are all trading as normal.
