Final Tynwald sitting before summer recess
The final sitting of Tynwald before the summer recess gets underway this morning.
The Government's annual accounts, the future of the Isle of Man Post Office and single-use plastics are all on the agenda.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer will present the Government's plan to encourage more active travel on the Island, while Onchan MHK Julie Edge is calling for Tynwald to support routine diabetes screening.
On the question paper, their are queries about legalising cannabis, Brexit and the Government's purchase of the Steam Packet Company.
This will be the last sitting before October, although members can still request written answers during August and September.
