TT visitor fined for overtaking roads open car

A visiting motorcyclist has been handed a £400 for riding his bike on closed roads.

44-year-old Jason Horn from Stoke on Trent overtook the Roads Open Car at the 33rd Milestone following Tuesday's practice session.

He handed himself into police the following day and appeared in court yesterday, where he was handed a fine and ordered to pay court costs of £50.

The Island's police they will continue to support race organisers and marshal when dealing with those who disregard closed road rules.
