DoI confirms TT preparation work to go ahead
The Department of Infrastructure has confirmed TT preparation works planned for the Mountain Road will go ahead this week.
The road is closed between the Hairpin and Creg-ny-Baa until 10pm on Thursday to allow for patching, line painting and signs to be put in place.
The work is weather dependent and could have been postponed until next week, but the DoI has announced that the closure is now in place.
