Port St Mary Authority Chairman Ousted
The Chairman of Port St Mary Commissioners, Alan Grace, has been sacked by the Authority's Board in a vote of no confidence motion.
In a brief statement issued this afternoon, Commissioner Laurence Vaughan-Williams announced that he had been appointed as Chairman as he was 'a safe pair of hands'.
The statement went on to say that he would continue in this role until the Annual General Meeting of the Village Authority.
