Housing developer to discuss Ballasalla plans
A housing developer will discuss proposals to build on a site and construct a by-pass in the south of the Island next week.
The Dandara Group will hold a consultation event at the office of Malew Parish Commissioners on Monday to discuss is plans for the site between Douglas Road and Balthane Industrial Estate.
The development would be a mix and three, three and four bedroom properties with a by-pass road sweeping around the development and over the railway line to ease congestion in the area.
Dandara hopes the consultation will give them a chance to hear the thoughts and feedback of those who live in the area.
The feedback will be use to refine the design before a planning application is submitted.
