Committee seeks views ahead of inquiry into legal services

A Tynwald committee is seeking public views on the regulation of legal services in the Isle of Man.

The Constitutional and Legal Affairs and Justice Committee has launched an inquiry into the area, with a particular focus on the role of the Law Society and the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal.

The committee wants to receive written evidence from anyone who would like to comment on the topic.

Submissions must be sent to the Clerk of Tynwald at Legislative Buildings by 5pm on March 9th.
