Planning permission sought for bar, apartment complex on North Quay
Planning permission is being sought to develop a restaurant and bar complex with apartments in Douglas.
The applicant wants to demolish the existing building at 22-23 North Quay, constructing a restaurant, cafe and bar in the basement and ground floor.
Apartments would make up the first and second floors, while two-storey Duplex apartments would be on the third and forth floor.
The plans also include a rooftop garden and parking facilities for the complex.
