Developer wants to build 23 apartments in Ramsey
Planning permission is being sought for 23 apartments in two six-storey buildings in Ramsey.
Seymar Developments wants to add the new homes on land off Premier Road as a second phase to a four-storey development currently under construction nearby.
The development would include a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as one four-bedroom apartment, plus over 50 parking spaces.
